Snow Today!!

I love the snow and love that where we live gets a little dusting a couple times a year. Just enough ;)

Colored Curls

Today I washed and bleached some mohair curls. It took forever to pick all the little twigs and pieces of grass out of the fleece. But the white turned out so silky and shiny it was worth it. I had enough to dye a good lot of brown,green and orange. Some I plan to use for wigging a new set of paperclay art dolls. I also have some little lambs I am working on that will use up the white curls.

Dormourse felted doll

The Dormouse, he's a cute little mouse with big black eyes. He wears little socks and has a ruffled collar. He is made with a wire arnature and can be posed. Super cute and soft with wisps of merino wool. I don't have him listed yet on Etsy. Hopefully I will get him up tomorrow :)
